E-Liquid is made of four main ingredients, Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerin (VG) Artificial and Natural Flavorings and Nicotine.

Propylene Glycol is a clear, thin liquid primarily used a humectant, solvent, and as preservative in food and tobacco products. It is non-toxic. A juice with a higher PG content will produce a stronger throat hit.Vegetable Glycerin is produced from plants. It is colorless and odorless with a sweet taste. It is used in the food industry as a preservative and sweetener. It is also used in the medical, pharmaceutical, and personal care products. Juices with a higher Vg content will be thicker, produce more vapor, and have a smoother feel on your throat.

    Ballistic Vape utilizes a 50/50 PG-VG mix.

Nicotine is a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Nicotine is addictive, potentially harmful, and should not be used by: those under the legal age for smoking in your state, non-smokers, pregnant or nursing women , and persons with heart disease, high blood pressure or any other medical conditions that may be exacerbated or induced by nicotine. Yes! Because both Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin have hygroscopic properties, meaning they pull moisture from the air, vaping will dehydrate you. Make sure to drink plenty of water to offset the dehydration.
The main difference between vaping and smoking tobacco is there is no combustion occurring with vaping. You are not burning e-juice, there is no smoke — you are simply heating the liquid enough to produce vapor.

This all depends on the type of cigarettes you smoked. If you smoked full flavors we would recommend a 12mg which should satisfy your stronger nicotine cravings, and will have the throat hit of a full flavor cigarette. If you smoked lights or mediums we suggest 6mg, there will be less harshness on your throat and a nicotine level closer to that of a light cigarette.
The crackling noise you are hearing is juice heating up in the space around your coil. More times than not this will cause no issues at all. If using a rebuildable atomizer it means you do not have enough wicking material in the coil. Rewick with a little bit thicker piece of cotton.
The atomizer of your tank is flooded. Try firing the device for a few seconds without inhaling, or replace the atomizer.
Most likely you are doing nothing wrong. You are running a hot build that is burning through juice rather quickly. Remember to constantly drip so you don’t get those harsh dry hits, or have your atomizer rebuilt to a higher ohm rating. This will produce less heat, burning less liquid, allowing you to get more vapes off your freshly dripped atomizer.
A rebuildable atomizer is a device in which you wrap your own coils and insert them into the device yourself. This means that instead of buying a pack of replacement coils from your local shop, you have the whole device rebuilt. Rebuildable atomizers are great as they give a better flavor than your standard starter tank, and in rebuilding you are able to fully tailor your vape to your preference.
